FROM Durham and other points west of Raleigh and Cary via I-40:

As you approach Raleigh traveling eastbound on I-40, go past the exits for Harrison Street, Wade Ave., and N. C. 54. Take the
Cary Towne Blvd. exit and turn Right onto Cary Towne Blvd. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Maynard Road. Cary Towne Shopping Center will be to your left. Stay on Maynard Road and go straight across Walnut Street and continue for approx. 1 mile until you come to the very next traffic signal light (Kildaire Farm Road). Greenwood Forest Baptist Church will be on your left and Eckerd's Drug Store will be on your right. Turn left onto Kildaire Farm Road and go 1 block. Turn right (between First Union Bank and Taco Bell) onto Kilmayne Drive. My office is in the second building on the left, building 103.

FROM Rocky Mount and other points East of Raleigh via U.S. 64:

As you approach Raleigh traveling westbound on U. S. 64, stay on U.S. 64 to I-440 which is also shown on map as U.S. 64, 70B and 401 on maps. Cross the overpass for I-440 and turn left onto I-440 (Southbound and westbound). Continue on I-440/I-40 West for approximately 12 miles or so, and go past the exit for US 1 and US 64.. Exit onto Cary Towne Blvd, and go left (westbound). At the second traffic light, turn left onto Maynard Road. Cary Towne Shopping Center will be to your left. Stay on Maynard Road and go straight across Walnut Street and continue for approx. 1 mile until you come to the very next traffic signal light (Kildaire Farm Road).
